Stopped into Dinner for Two for their Happy Hour (4–6 PM) and had a great experience. We sat at the bar and were lucky to have Zack, one of the best bartenders/servers we’ve had—attentive, friendly, and fun to talk to. We tried the salmon fish and chips with truffle and garlic fries—so good! The stuffed steak nachos had great flavor and a nice spicy kick. The crab balls were just okay, but still enjoyable. The entire staff was friendly and you can tell they enjoy working there. Sitting at the bar gave us a front-row seat to a little culinary show in their small but impressive kitchen. Everything on the Happy Hour menu—even the drinks—was just $10, which is an amazing deal in Santa Fe. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband took me here for my birthday while visiting Sante Fe. Dinner For Two was amazing. The food and the service was excellent. I had the Filet Mignon and my husband had the ribeye and lobster tail. The steaks were cooked exactly how we asked. (So juicy and flavorful) The drinks were good. We also ordered the table Caesar salad and the Banana Foster for dessert, both made the experience a 10/10. Eli was our waiter and he did a phenomenal job. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Sante Fe ❤️

Our party of four recently dined at Dinner for Two, and the evening was a reminder of what fine dining is supposed to feel like when it’s done well. From the moment we arrived, the service was polished, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere struck an excellent balance between elegance and comfort, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the company of friends and family. One of the evening’s highlights was the tableside Caesar salad. Prepared fresh in front of us, it showcased a level of hospitality and attention to detail that has become increasingly rare. The presentation added to the experience, but the quality and flavor of the salad stood on their own. Our table enjoyed a variety of dishes, including steaks, lobster tails, and appetizers, each prepared with care and executed exceptionally well. The steaks were cooked precisely as ordered, the lobster tails were tender and flavorful, and every course arrived at an unhurried pace that allowed us to enjoy the evening rather than feel rushed through it. The finale was a flambéed dessert prepared tableside, which brought a touch of classic dining theater to the experience. More importantly, it was delicious and served as a memorable conclusion to an outstanding meal. What impressed me most was that the restaurant excels in all the areas that matter: food quality, service, atmosphere, and consistency. In a city known for its culinary scene, Dinner for Two distinguishes itself by creating an experience that feels special without feeling pretentious. For anyone looking for a memorable evening in Santa Fe, whether celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a night out with friends, this restaurant is well worth a visit.

Dinner for Two is such a nice, cozy, and charming spot. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The tableside Caesar salad prepared by Nikki was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and a fun touch that really sets the experience apart. Both the stroganoff and chicken enchiladas were terrific — hearty, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. We also recommend coming for the happy hour cocktails... creative, well-made, and a great value. You won’t be disappointed! It was a lovely experience all around with great service, great food and atmosphere. It's a perfect place for a relaxed, delicious night out in Santa Fe.
